Exceptional Family Member Program
The Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) supports the continuum of care for all eligible sponsors and their family member in order to improve the quality of life for families that support a member with special medical and/or educational needs. EFMP staff and families work together to inform, educate and empower individuals to be the best advocate for themselves and/or their family member(s). The EFMP is a DOD-mandated enrollment program designed to support individual, family and unit readiness.
The EFMP Overview is a short online presentation which provides an overview of the Exceptional Family Member Program including enrollment, assignment coordination, and family support.
The Exceptional Family Member Brochure gives explanations for the program, resources, trainings, and other services provided to families.

The Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) is a mandatory enrollment program (MCO P1754.4B) for all Active Duty personnel who have a family member with a qualifying condition.

The Back to School Resource Fair is back!
Join us on July 25th, 2019 from 4pm - 6pm at the Sonoran Pueblo Events Center.
All MCAS Yuma Active Duty families will have access to educational and community resources, and all children from kindergarten to 12th grade will receive free school supplies to be successful students during the upcoming school year.
